This is The Long Ride C2C, Paula Ralph will be cycling through 19 countries in 100 days or less to be the first woman to do this 20k Route from Cape Town to Nordkapp. Looking to set a World Record whilst creating a Foundation to help children in disadvantaged communities play a positive role in society.

Supported however cycling solo Paula aims to be the first woman to cycle 19 Countries in 100 days or less - to be the first woman to cover Cape to Cape: Cape Point South Africa to Nordkapp Norway.

Looking to inspire and encourage any one with a dream as crazy as it may seem to others to stand and take a chance on themselves.

Helping children from disadvantaged communities build a life they can be proud of, stand up, look back and say I did that. I created that. Our conventional schooling system doesn't always work. It's now time to try something different. Allow the children to get hands and practical with their learning.
